The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the implementation of the Parcel Post services at the Post Office Jalan Sudirman Pekanbaru and to know the Post Office services provided Jalan Sudirman Pekanbaru in the delivery of postal parcels.The type and method of research is descriptive research, which is defined as the process of solving problems investigated by presenting or describing the state of the subject and object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear or as it is. In the data collection authors conducted in-depth interviews and searches documents and archives post office.The results showed that there are several factors that influence the Parcel Post services at the Post Office street Sudirman Pekanbaru is the factor Speed, Accuracy, Ease of Justice which directly affect services provided by the post office. Services provided post offices by establishing standard operating procedures that have been established by the time service delivery, clear procedures as well as the cooperation of employees between superiors and subordinates, it is the service provided has been running well where people have received services provided by the post office even though sometimes the waiter given still slow due to the lack of the number of employees in providing services and lack of infrastructure available so that the service provided is not timely, but the post office will remain optimal in providing services to visitors post office

Anomalous increase in nematic-isotropic transition temperature in dimer molecules induced by magnetic field

We have determined the nematic-isotropic transition temperature as a function of applied magnetic field in three different thermotropic liquid crystalline dimers. These molecules are comprised of two rigid calamitic moieties joined end to end by flexible spacers with odd numbers of methylene groups. They show an unprecedented magnetic field enhancement of nematic order in that the transition temperature is increased by up to 15K when subjected to 22T magnetic field. The increase is conjectured to be caused by a magnetic field-induced decrease of the average bend angle in the aliphatic spacers connecting the rigid mesogenic units of the dimers

Synchroniser modeling with application specific to the dual clutch transmission

The synchromesh type synchroniser has been introduced to dual clutch transmission applications for gear selection prior to shifting. Historical research into this type of mechanism has targeted the application to manual transmission systems only. Such work targets the phenomena associated with driver feel such as shift effort and ¿double bump¿. Now automated, the control of the synchroniser is less concerned with such aspects of the actuation, focus not trends towards repeatability of the process as well as speed of engagement. The actuation of this type of mechanism relies on the balancing of torques derived from engagement chamfers, the cone clutch and losses experienced in the transmission. These torques affect the displacement of sleeve, asynchronisation of the target gear, as well as the unblocking of synchroniser ring and indexing of the gear to the locked position. Thus a simplified model of the synchroniser mechanism and associated gear is developed for the purpose of simulating its operation in a dual clutch transmission. Unlike similar simulations this model targets the actuation of the mechanism using input forces from the controller, rather than using the control of sleeve displacement to determine maximum forces experience by the driver. To assess how operating characteristics have varied the mechanism has been modelled in the Matlab® environment. This paper presents the techniques used to model the mechanism, including the governing principles of synchroniser actuation and drag torque. Simulation results demonstrate that the primary variation in the mechanism is through the indexing chamfers. Additionally the influence of temperature variation is demonstrated for a fifth gear upshift, and the detrimental effects of cold starts demonstrated

Analisis Pengaruh Stock Split Terhadap Harga Saham, Volume Perdagangan Dan Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The increase in the stock price that is too high causes the demand for the purchase of the stock to decrease, and affects the liquidity of the stock. To avoid these conditions, companies can take stock split actions which are expected to increase stock liquidity. This study aims to determine the effect of stock splits on stock prices, stock trading volume and stock returns in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study were 45 companies that carried out a stock split for the 2015-2019 period with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The window period is 5 days before and 5 days after the stock split. This study uses the SPSS 21 test tool. The data analysis used is a non-parametric paired sample difference test, namely the Wilcoxon test because the data is not normally distributed with 5%. The results showed that there were differences in stock prices, trading volume and stock returns before and after the stock split with a significance value of 0.000, 0.000, and 0.007. Analisis Pendapatan USAhatani Padi Sawah Dengan Metode Sri (System of Rice Intensification) Di Desa Empat Balai Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar

Paddy is one of main farming commodity since rice is one of main food in Indonesia. Innovation adoption about paddy farming was meaningful, because there were land conversion from food farming to industrial land or plantation. This study aimed to know about the adoption of farming technical was used by farmers, then aimed to know the efficiency of farming. This study took place in Empat Balai Village Kuok Sub-district Kampar Municipality. The results of this study showed there were differences about faming technical between faming technical with SRI and conventional faming technical that was used for a long time. The differences between SRI paddy farming and conventional farming were the amount of seeds per planted hole and the use of fertilizers. The amount of seeds on SRI method was only 1 seed per planted hole, meanwhile the use of fertilizers was more prioritize on using the organic materials i.e. golden snail, rice water, and brown sugar. On the other hand, there was an increasing of paddy production from SRI method which reached the production of 3.014,51 kg per ha. The increase of production caused the increase of total net income by SRI method Rp.14.953.667,01 per ha. RCR value of this farming was 1,76 per ha, which the value of RCR > 1 then this farming was profitable categorized
